• Hi Foster: We had a great time. Maria did a good job. The only Major complaint was the China Eastern Airlines. We waited at the airport for 4 hours at least.. The tour guide waited for us at the airport for 3 hours. All the tour guys were excellent. Food was pretty good. We ate too much. The tour guide was very accomadating to change our menu.We were impressed with the driver in Guangzhou with his GPS. Simon hasn't been back to the village since he was 5 years old. The Hong Kong hotel was a good location but a little too hectic. They were pretty strict with their rules. Need to inform clients re-subway packages (cheaper to buy tourist pass).
  *Need to inform (your) clients re-weight restriction on luggage on China Airlines AND train restrictions. Airplane: Only allowed 20 kilos (One Bag Only), if you are over you have to pay. • Hi Foster: Just to let you know we are home safe and sound from our wonderful trip to China. We were pleased with our guides, drivers and accommodations. It was so nice to see our guides waiting for us at the different airports with our transportation and tours all organized. We certainly didn't go hungry throughout the 15 days, in fact we all ate too much!! We were amazed at the technology that is going on in China, particularly with the building of the Three Gorges dam project. We found the Yangtze River cruise to be most interesting. We enjoyed seeing the Terracotta Warriors but unfortunately our plane arrived late into Xian so we really only had one day to do all the site seeing that was scheduled. Our tour guide managed to fit everything in but it sure was a very busy day! We were also surprised to find out that the cruise didn't go all the way to Wuhan - after getting off the boat we had to take a 4 hour bus ride . But the drive gave us a chance to see some different scenery we wouldn't have seen otherwise. Thanks again for arranging our tour and please feel free to use us as a reference for future travellers. • Foster, Thanks for the travel arrangements for shanghai on Business Class on China Eastern Airline. The plane was a newer 320-600 airbus. The seats inclined to approximately 165 degrees and the service in the aircraft was just excellent. Lots to eat and meals were up to standards. The airhostess were very kind and helpful. While in Shanghai, I had one of the best times. Shopping was great and also i managed to achieve my business goals. • Hello Fu Ning: Thank you very much for your early reply. Both my wife and I booked ticket from your company and our seats are Q level (Ottawa-Vancouver-Beijing-Wuhan on June 10th and Wuhan-Beijing-Vancouver-Ottaw on July 27th). I am calling AIR CHINA everyday to see if there are any possibility of rescheduing. Yesterday they said there was one on the 17th but I have to pay 3800 RMB to upgrade the seat. Today they told me there is one on the 19th but I have to pay as high as 5100 RMB to get it. Now I can rechedule the ticket as any day between July 14th and 22nd. I know we have to pay some fee to upgrade the tickets, but I hope you are able to lower this extra fare as much as possible. I appreciate all possible help you may offer! Thanks! Guohan (Wuhan).
