Change & Cancellation
In order to change the ticket(s) that you have purchased, you
must:

You should request a change at least two days before the departure.

Changing department's working hours Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM till 5:00 PM (Pacific-Time).

We will not be able to process any changes request on Saturday or Sunday.

CHANGE FEE - change fee from $150 / per ticket according to the airline and our company rules

DIFFERENCE IN FARE - Additionally, if the new tickets costs more than the original tickets you must pay the difference. If the new tickets are less than the original, the airline will not credit the difference.

Once purchased, the tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE /
NON-RE-ROUTABLE. If you want to cancel your ticket(s), you also
have to request cancellation at least two days before the departure,
then our agent will double check it to see whether the airline allow
you to cancel the ticket. Note: our cancellation service fee is
from $150 / per ticket PLUS airline's cancellation penalty.
Important note:
we will NOT be able to process any cancellation request on Saterday

Requesting the change before the two travel date. The change request must be done before the two travel dates. Also cancel your reservation before traveling date.
