Cathay Pacific REVISE FUEL SURCHARGE
Cathay Pacific Airways has filed with the Canadian Government for a revision to our fuel surcharge. If approved, this revision will affect all tickets issue/reissue (due to voluntary change of the first flight segment) on/after 01Oct08.The revised surcharge is to be levied on all CX/KA flight sectors coupons as follows: · LONG-HAUL SECTORS: Q From cad118.70 to cad114.20 between Hong Kong and North America, South West Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Asian Sub Continent and between Bangkok and
Dubai.· SHORT-HAUL SECTORS: Q From cad29.60 to cad26.90 for CX / KA sectors not mentioned above.· The fuel surcharge applies per passenger per CX flight coupon. All passengers including children, infants and other discounted tickets are subject to the fuel surcharge except on code-share and joint venture flight operated by partner carriers.
· The fuel surcharge applies to all fare types including Frequent Flyer Redemption.
· The fuel surcharge will be collected at point of sale or ticket issue/reissue and be shown as "YR" in the Tax/Fees/Charges box of ticket.

Air China Infant Fuel Surcharge Notice
Effective on 1st of October 2008, based on ticketing date, Air China will waive the fuel surcharge for infant passenger which is not occupied a seat. This regulation only applies to Air China international, Hong Kong, and Macau route.

Japan Airline (JAL) has officially announced to increase the fuel surcharge again, and to be effective on October 1st, 2008. To ensure ticket cost would not be increased by the change of fuel surcharge, we are recommended customers can pay for tickets (JL) before Sept 31, 08

CATHAY PACIFIC WARNS OF POSSIBLE FLIGHT DISRUPTIONS IN AND OUT OF HONG KONG LATER THIS AFTERNOON DUE TO PASSAGE OF TYPHOON HAGUPIT
Passengers can check the latest flight information with the Flight Status box on the right.

Cathay Pacific Airways is advising passengers of the possibility of disruptions to its operation at Hong Kong International Airport later this afternoon due to the passage of Typhoon Hagupit.

Todays flights into and out of Hong Kong will operate as normal this morning and early this afternoon. However, strong winds associated with Typhoon Hagupit could lead to flights being delayed or disrupted later this afternoon.

Cathay Pacific is monitoring the situation closely and will issue further updates on the flight situation once more information becomes available.

China Eastern Airlines new weekend surcharge (C$30 for each way) will be applied on all tickets issued on or after Sept.18, 2008, for travel on or after Nov. 01, 2008.

Cathay Pacific New Economy Class Baggage Allowance

Effective 21 July 2008

Cathay Pacific Airways will revise its Economy class checked baggage allowance for
itineraries involving North America on tickets issue on/after 21 July 2008.

Adult and Children will continue to enjoy a two-piece free allowance. (Infant, one
piece free allowance).
a.. The permissible weight of each piece will be reduced from 32 to 23 kg (50 lbs).
b.. The maximum 3 dimensions of each bag remain unchanged at 62 in.(158 cm)
c.. If the weight of the free checked baggage exceeds 23 kg and up to 32 kg, USD25
or CAD equivalent will be charged.

First and Business Class checked/cabin baggage allowances and dimensions remain
unchanged.

China Airline UPGRADE SURCHARGE INCREASED

Please kindly be noticed that upgrade surcharge (from economy class to Dynasty
class) will be increased, effective on 1st July, 2008.

Enclosed you will find the most updated amount of upgrade surcharge and
reservation/ticketing regulations:

Upgrade Surcharge: from CAD 600 to CAD 700 per sector (YVR-TPE v.v.)
Eligibility: Ticket originating from Canada
Traveling Period: 02July2008- 31March 2009

Air China Pets Shipping Notice

Effective on 01 Aug 2008, Air China will not accept any pets travel as luggage mainly for the pets’ safety due to the high temperature and heavy traffic in Beijing. All pets travel during the 01 Aug 2008 – 15 Sep 2008 must ship as cargo.

To serve our high end customers better, please notify Air China if your passengers are high Government official, Olympic committee official, members of Olympic Game 2008 such as media, Athlete, and Canadian Olympic team members.
They are the first priority passengers for Air China and extremely important for Olympic Game 2008 in Beijing. This type of passengers are entitled two pieces luggage total weight up to 55kg for economy class.

Effective on 20th of July, Air China will only accept two WCHS, WCHC type wheel chair request in a flight.

· WCHR – Passenger needs wheel chair service from check-in counter to boarding gate. Passenger is able to walk short distance from boarding gate to cabin seat.
· WCHS – Passenger can’t get on and off the plane, but is able to walk to their seat in the cabin.
· WCHC – Passenger can’t walk at all and request aisle chair to their seat.

If your passenger request WCHS, WCHC service, please contact our reservation at 604-685-0921. Service will not be provided for unregistered passenger and boarding will be denied.

Cathay Pacific NOTICE OF INTENT TO REVISE FUEL SURCHARGE

Cathay Pacific Airways has filed with the Canadian Government for a revision to our
fuel surcharge. If approved, this revision will affect all CX/KA flight
sectors/coupons on new tickets issued on/after August 1, 2008. The revised fuel
surcharge will also apply to any exisiting ticket (issued prior to August 1st) if
the ticket needs to be reissued due to a voluntary change of the first flight
segment.

· LONG-HAUL SECTORS:

Q From cad89.70 to cad118.70 between Hong Kong and North America, South
West Pacific, Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Asian Sub Continent (except
KTM/DAC/MAA are considered as short-haul sectors) and between Bangkok and Dubai.

· SHORT-HAUL SECTORS:

Q From cad21.60 to cad29.60 for CX / KA sectors not mentioned above.

· The fuel surcharge applies per passenger per CX flight coupon. All
passengers including children, infants and other discounted tickets are subject to
the fuel surcharge except on code-share and joint venture flight operated by partner
carriers.

· The fuel surcharge applies to all fare types including Frequent Flyer

China Eastern Airline Flights Cancallation

China Eastern Airline has cancelled MU 582 on the following days: Aug 3-5, 7, 10, 12-14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 26, 28. Sep 2, 4, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30.

China Eastern Airline Fuel Surcharge increased on Aug 1, 08

Please be advised of fuel surcharge for travel from China to Taiwan/Hong Kong for
tickets issued on /after 1st of August will increase, all the details please refer to the
respective CRS.

Oasis Airline Notice To Passengers

As you may have heard of our recent situation, it is with much regret that we have applied to the Hong Kong Court to appoint a provisional liquidator on 9 April 2008. The Court has appointed Edward Middleton and Patrick Cowley of KPMG as the provisional liquidators.

Passenger Registration of Claim Form

Oasis customers may register their claims by submitting a Passenger Registration of Claim form to the Oasis Hong Kong Airlines Provisional Liquidators Appointed for unused portions of air tickets with confirmed bookings. This form can be downloaded at Oasis website at www.oasishongkong.com and should be faxed to the Oasis Hong Kong Airlines Provisional Liquidators Appointed at fax number +852 3628 9170.

Fuel surcharge has been increased for China Domestic flights

Please be informed that the fuel surcharge has been increased for China Domestic
flights. Air China and China Eastern Airlines tickets taxes will be increased C$85 if tickets include fly to other cities of China from Shanghai OR Beijing.

China Southern Airline Flights Closer

Speculation that China Southern Airlines will establish a schedule of flights to Vancouver from Guangzhou took another step towards realization with the recent signing of an agreement by the carrier. The first flights between Vancouver and Guangzhou are set to start in July 2009.

China Airline Fuel Surcharge Increase

Eva Airline Fuel Surcharge Increase

Air China Vancouver routes Launched Airbus A330

On 28th October, with 202 Air China's passengers onboard, a newly delivered Airbus
A330 took off at Vancouver International Airport. The successful inaugural flight of
Air China has symbolized a higher level of passenger and cargo services.

Airbus A330's new Business Class cabin is equipped with 10.6-inch personal
entertainment system with plenty of movies, games and local news. 100v AC power
outlet is also available for each seat. The luxury seat can recline to 168o with
individual privacy divider that allows more personal space and comfort for each
passenger.

Economy Class is equipped with a unique 8.4-inch personal entertainment system on
the back of each seat. A330 is a wide-body aircraft designed with 2-4-2 layout that
